Deposits
A $75 deposit via MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Visa is required at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due two days before the event.
Rain/Weather Policy
There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your event to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving to your location. We usually leave the decision up to customer, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we cannot set up an inflatable due to insurance and state regulations.
1. All weather cancellations must be made by 9:00AM the morning of the event or deposit will be lost.
2. Once the inflatable is delivered and set up, the rental is final.
3. The customer has the right to cancel at any time due to weather before delivery and set up for a full refund or credit.
4. Capital City Party has the right to cancel at any time before delivery and set up for a full refund or credit due to weather.
5. Capital City Party has the right to pick up the unit at any time during the rental period due to severe weather.
Yard Requirements
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.
Electrical Requirements
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
Water Requirements
A water source from the outside of the home must be used if you are renting a water slide. Capital City Party do not provide the water.
Damages
Customer is responsible for all damages and repairs to the equipment . In the absence of a Capital City Party Concierge for the duration of the event.
A picture of your id will be taken for insurance purposes. It is the insurance company policy for all rentals.
